Million Dollar Hair Extensions – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • Products ship within 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • During sales or promotional periods, orders may take up to 14 business days to process.

  • Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx with signature confirmation

  • Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.

  • Packages shipped to a PO Box will be sent via USPS. Overnight delivery to a PO Box can take up to 2 business days.

  • Orders shipped on a Friday for overnight delivery will arrive the following Monday.

International Shipping

  • International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery via FedEx.

  • International shipping fees do not cover tariffs, customs, or import duties imposed by your country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

  • Million Dollar Hair Extensions reserves the right to modify the shipping method to a comparable carrier if necessary. Shipping costs may be higher or lower than the actual carrier rate.

  • All shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of order.

Transit Delays

  • In rare instances, carriers may experience delays due to weather, acts of nature, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Million Dollar Hair Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or natural events.

  • Refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for delays outside our control.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to Million Dollar Hair Extensions, it is typically due to:

  • Nonexistent or misspelled shipping address

  • Missing address information (apt, suite, building number, etc.)

  • Carrier unable to safely deliver after at least one attempt

  • Recipient has moved or refused the package

Policy for Returned Packages:

  • Returned packages will be restocked, and store credit (E-Gift Card) will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a $35 flat restock fee.

  • Shipping and route insurance costs are non-refundable.

  • We cannot reship or replace returned packages. Customers should use the store credit to place a new order with the corrected address.

  • Note: Items may not be in stock at the time of reorder, and prices may differ from the original purchase.

Address Accuracy

  • Orders cannot be changed once submitted.

  • Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

    • Correct street number and name

    • Apt, suite, or building number (if applicable)

    • Accurate city, state/province, and zip/postal code

    • Correct abbreviations and route information (if applicable)

  • Million Dollar Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

  • All returns and return-to-shipper packages will incur a flat restock fee of $35.
