MILLION DOLLAR HAIR EXTENSIONS shall not be liable for any special, consequential damages caused by the use of the products, the inability to use the materials on this site, or the performance of the products. Even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages, applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental and consequential damages. So, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

COLORING DISCLAIMER

MILLION DOLLAR HAIR EXTENSIONS only supplies unprocessed human hair in natural shades of 1B: Black/Natural Dark Brown. If you color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent lifts and cellophane beautifully! Please understand that we DO NOT suggest any chemical changes performed by an unlicensed individual. Always refer to a professional for permanent change, as the product is your investment. Book a color service to have your bundles professionally colored, or you can purchase our Luxe Blonde collection to color without losing the integrity of the hair.

MDE may deliver notice to you utilizing e-mail, a general message on the site, social media, or by other reliable methods to the address you have provided to us.

All shipments require a signature. Any order that exceeds will be sent via Restricted Delivery. To ensure that the package is delivered and not sent back. The receiver must be available to sign; no signatures can be waived on any packages.

Return to Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and sent back to MILLION DOLLAR HAIR EXTENSIONS, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned, and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

The shipping address does not exist

The customer misspells the shipping address

The shipping address is missing information (i.e., apt/bldg/suite number)

The carrier is unable to deliver the package safely

The addressee has moved

The addressee has refused the package

Returned to-sender packages will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We cannot replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in stock at the time of your reorder.  We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.

Note: We cannot make changes to orders placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. MILLION DOLLAR HAIR EXTENSIONS does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
