Returns

Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after submission. This includes changes to products, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Return Requests

  • Customers must submit return requests within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a store credit.

  • Products must be returned in their original, resellable condition, meaning they cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. Original ties must remain intact.

  • Include the following with your return: first name, last name, phone number, reason for return, and original receipt.

  • We recommend returning items via traceable postal carrier with signature. MDE is not responsible for lost items in transit.

  • All sales on clearance and sale items are final. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance products.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • Once received and verified as resellable, a store credit will be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the previous promotion.

  • All returns and return-to-shipper shipments incur a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping and route insurance costs are non-refundable.

Non-Acceptable Returns

  • Products that have been used (wefts cut, lace plucked or cut, lace customized, hair dyed, etc.) will not be accepted.

  • Lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, lace frontals) cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.

Protect Your Investment

We take great pride in our products, which are 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to washing and conditioning, many product issues can often be resolved using our recommended hair care regimen.

  • If you believe you have received a defective or unusual product, notify a Customer Care Specialist within 7 calendar days of receiving your package at: EXTENSIONSMDHAIR@GMAIL.COM

  • Use of non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or other alterations voids eligibility for replacement or compensation.

  • If MDE verifies a product defect, we will provide a fair resolution, which may include replacement or exchange.

  • If MDE does not validate the defect, the item will be returned at our expense (via priority mail) without replacement.

Return-to-Sender Shipments

  • All orders ship with signature required. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

  • After 1–3 delivery attempts, carriers may return the package to our facility at an additional cost to MDE.

  • Returned-to-sender packages incur a flat restock fee of $35, and store credit will be issued once the return is processed.

Expenses Associated with Delays or Incorrect Orders

  • MDE is not responsible for hair appointment cancellation fees charged by your stylist or salon.

  • Customers should confirm receipt of all items before scheduling any hair appointments.

  • MDE is not responsible for installation, re-installation, takedowns, cancellations, or any costs associated with product installation.

  • MDE is also not responsible for damage caused by bleaching, cutting, chemical treatments, or general wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

  • MDE does not accept liability beyond the remedies stated herein, including for products that are unavailable after purchase.

  • MDE is not liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility, nor for any third-party claims except as expressly provided.

  • For product purchases, customer liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • For services not bundled with products, customer liability is limited to the amount paid for the services
